FREE 5-Second MICRO LFO--Vision Strategy Arch:Architecture

 LFO--VISION STRATEGY Life Fitness Obligation

"Location, location, location.  Planet, place, people. 21st Century Vision."💧Perfect.

Welcome to our 1st FREE MICRO LFO by NY Gold Tours. The topic of VS arch:architecture is an interesting one that spans the sciences, spiritual senses and past, common and futurist built environments. For a light look at the subjects, please join us in pondering the arc, ark and arch this week and trying out some exercises to better envision the concepts by a simplest embrace of structure through body formation creative movement.

Not unlike Montessori, which I studied as a child, free liberty to be oneself through expression is key to creativity and originality, but with paramount principle of responsibility to choosing what's right in life, coupled with fun celebration of intellectual, realistic and professional exploration, our LFOs promise to delight, challenge and build core stength with compass.

Like any exercise, try this 5-second LFO whenever you can, simply picturing it if ability-hindered, tired, too busy or what-have-you. You should still notice affect:

  1. Picture an arch.  Fine sturdy structures established beneath sides of an overhang conveyed over an open-space entrance normally of sorts. An arc of time, forgiving in specifics, delivering in just label. The arc of our atmosphere, tremendous, a soft arc resembling a shpere if one were to imagine the rounded lines continued. Oval, not so much, as it tends to elicit graduating downward lines. Still, they root in solid suppose. Think of the ark, a covenant of faith, that Noah did represent. As the story goes. Arches of foot, bear stance of endurance, agility, adept skill of running, walking, getting around with greatest ease. Arches of slight, in architecture, drawing, writing, literature... are oft most welcoming. Arches inverted, like boat bottoms that float and meander commandeering through water and waves, hold us endeared, safe and ready for refresh. Even the human hand forms a natural arch.
  2. An arc, ark or arch, is therefore comfortable resembling an evoke of the human strive upward. Shouldn't architecture be so too geared for betterment or advance of place, people or planet to strive those forward as well? There's an oblige to proper school of thought and behavior, cause and effect then to any ponder on these subjects. With that, stand, sit, lie or imagine yourself especially in good posture and form for this part of the LFO. Come into alignment and centering yourself stretch arms upward in whatever type of arch you may be picturing--be it oval, pointed, rounded, halved... Sway if your arch is mimicking tree branches lightly rolling down around the open spaces beneath its limbs, its trunk a central spire of support for the many arches akin to merry-go-round style centrifuge. Just let your arms dangle loosely from the shoulder, curved at the elbow. Make the arch begin at your waist if you can, for one example. A simple stretch, morning-style, but with arched or interlaced hands above your head, is another. any arch will do, but dignify the impression on yourself and the subject's context.
  3. Extend the arch to a self-centered yet world-centric aware, if that makes sense and if not, make your own sense. The extension of commitment obligates yourself to a best stance in the exercise than otherwise. Breathing well through all these steps, breathe out the final inhale coordinated with your final recompence of stature and resolve to go on to your day in a better connected way.
For my own exercise kick-off of the VS arch:architecture FREE exercise that I'll offer each weekday this week, I enjoyed making peace with what I could of my own understanding of men lost at sea to World War I and World War II voyages over the Atlantic. The memorial in my Manhattan's Battery Park invites visitors to think about the soldiers and seamen, all those who established, really, our cities here for us in these United States notwithstanding controversies they thought they were doing the best they could for themselves and fellow man.(HUman, I like to believe). I mourn for them to think of it, their loss of life and ultimate sacrifice so never ok. I faced the Atlantic, where it washes in from under the Verrazano and into our harbor, up and down the East River meeting too the Hudson. I embraced the spirit that Wikipedia might not have meant to say, pointing out that arches 'resolve forces... eliminating tensile stresses'. The spiritual reckoning that tribes teamed up to report to the National Park Service on Arches National Park in Utah in declaring them portals in space and time, spiritually sacred, isn't lost on me. If angels, whomever may believe in them, are somehow kindered or called at chance to sea, having lost their human life there, or loved someone that did, then I from shore can be a living vessel of ability to form an arc with my arms and hold dear their walking wind of wound into heal. I do believe they need not me, but just in case, I figure it cannot hurt to offer that bit of my life to their service, however that may manifest or take shape or form over the years. I am familiar with this my sentiment of New York, America, our leaders and founders who did I think have ideals for which I forever find worth striving. I hope you enjoy this week's journey of a 5-second VS LFO exercise maybe worthwhile adventuring upon as @nygoldtours Twitter reminders and our Google Community "How's Business World?" will post.

Follow NY Gold Tours' channel later this week on Youtube for in depth recording of beautiful photography captured this weekend at the Battery Park Memorial and downtown Manhattan looking at arches and architecture as I incidently walked up to higher ground. I don't think coastal flooding was at all a concern in early NY design. The buildings here thankfully just aren't breezy nor slant, they're super-substantial, best-built semblances of reliance justified of the stock market and all such commerce of good gain held. I just love it here and am working on sound sea-water answers to climate change problems and so many others becoming a science, an actual practice, based on an idea of my son's and mine together years ago when he invented a water for power idea(and I see it as water utilization as a theory that I'm trying to get his former school's Dean's assistance to lead to lower sea levels, yada yada)to generate electricity for an invention convention that stayed stoic to solar and wind competitors I guess. They are stoic indeed, but those wind farms could do so much more than stand there if only we thought about directing water-clouds for weather and so such storms of brain. Anyway, here's wishing well to you and yours. Take care and enjoy! Check for next week's topic each Friday announced on Twitter. Micro LFOs exclusive on Twitter for the month of October! With lovely photography and Smart Visuals as well!
