FREE 5-Second MICRO LFO--Vision Strategy Yes

  LFO--VISION STRATEGY Life Fitness Obligation

"Location, location, location.  Planet, place, people. 21st Century Vision."💧Perfect.

Welcome to our 2nd FREE MICRO LFO by NY Gold Tours. The topic of VS 'yes' hopes not to perplex, being that it leads one to ask "Well, what is the question?", but yet it affords a person or group to ask what many contexts yes occurs to them.

For some of us it can be its polar opposite, 'no', that we're more inclined to reach for when put to the test of life's smorgasbord of invitational feats. We might instinctually feel the close of parameters leading to self in safety, comfort, conservative contrite and happy containment. Thinking our cup must not over-floweth our storehouse can get to a stalwart and stay there forever. To push past this medium, no matter how happy, is the work here. For the exercise of the 'yes' subject to get to a growth point, for good. The world always needs it, now that we've gone so global warmed to the point of a workout where a trainer is calling for known abilities, if we see things as reparable over bleak, hopeful rather than depleted. World resources, like us people, must all be put to our greatest potential. Ain't that a yes to mother earth? See how easily questions form? The point here, is to let questions form as to what yes means to you: are you versed and comfortable in referring to it, do you want to become more versed and comfortable in referring to it, do you wait for it often asking of people or situations and/or do you have something pressing in the immediate future that you can picture working out benevolently in the MICRO VS yes exercise one way or the other?

The strategy of practicing the 'yes' exercise for yourself employs neuroscience principles of grooves that form in the brain making certain work structures easier for us and more apt to find pleasant flow. Of course, with saying yes, you don't just want practice--content is important--it all depends what you're saying yes to, that matters. You'll need to keep your regular discernment hats on. However, with our NY Gold Tours Vision Strategy you can practice yes as a thing, picturing good concepts of it while doing our 5-second LFO and building strengths in the practice of healthy yes-saying, no matter the nay-sayers around.

Like any exercise, try this exercise whenever you can, simply picturing it if ability-hindered, tired, too busy or what-have-you. You should still notice affect:

  1. Picture yes.  The smile on a face, as one says it. A period of time, giving to the joy of the word. Our nature, how it's ready for nourishment all revved up for 3 meals a day, at least. The nature of water itself, dissipating, evaporating, expending over time, it being over 70% of our human make-up, itself calling us to replenish, to say yes to water, drinking, hydrating. No, the word, not so much. If we close off, as it suggests, we die. . Think of the earth and what it gives us. So many ample opportunities from sun up til sun down to say yes the globe over. Don't you think we should? Contemplate this.
  2. Saying yes is definitely evocative of the human strive onward and upward. Accomplishment, championship, are appropriately greeted with a 'yyyyyessss!' sentiment. They're like refreshment to the soul. The spirit of achievement that goes so hand-in-hand with people's individual and independent nature that goes so quantified and tantamount to any groups number. It's essential. I mean the aspiration of getting up and walking... those first steps, those first milestones. The givens, like breaths, like joys, like loves, like health and wealth and wellness. Has your posture straightened up, just visualizing those premises? It should. So getting in gear to do the exercise portion of the LFO, stand in good posture facing forward to a view where you've got a comfortable grasp so-to-speak at seeing challenges you may face in the distance ahead, prophetically speaking, not literally. Like when I do certain exercise warm-ups en-route to my routine by the water I like to stand above the FDR highway, facing the center median below, perfectly lined up between traffic coming and going as I give a general realization without specifics to the fact that I've challenges in my past, challenges in my future... or about I'm good at some things, not good at others, or some people are on my side, some people aren't... it can be anything, the point is to be centered on opposing actuals so the placement of yourself gives ultimatum of yes, since you're already ok there. You've already got a good spot from which to do your VS 'yes' exercise. Align and center yourself swaying arms up in a cross-over front to overhead gesture imaging sunshine rising from within your heart and up out of your chest region bringing your head and chin way up to face the sky as your elbows and shoulders round out above circling over and back to round down as your head also lowers back into alignment. Rolling with the same action again but smaller, simultaneously step right. Ground good stance and with the same arm cross-over action up and above your head again this time as the first, start bending your knees outward as your arms circle around and backward, down toward your side. Continue arms bent into a swooping motion at your lowest squat that you can imagine the crossover of your arms before you as an embrace of concept as you next rise up arcing arms up and back. To extend, gently bend back. Bounce arms lightly to reverse to forward as you propel yourself/upper body forward to centered rolling arms to just about down. With hands hanging down at a 45 degree angle do a half-roll to face palms slightly forward if not, so as into a 'yes' bodily stance.
  3. At that same time as the 'yes' stance, say the word 'yes' to yourself either out loud, under your breath or quietly in your head. The extension of celebration obligates yourself to a best stance in knowing yes, you did achieve that which you applied effort to achieve. Not just that, but all the other yes messages too were exercised. Breathing well through all the prior steps, breathe in a nice deep cleansing breath that all is good and the yes is sound. Breathe out the final exhale coordinated with a potential resolve to find opportunity to trust in such 'yes' stance again.
Think of places, like wherever you resign to at the end of this exercise, that might need same type nourish or resolve of 'yes' kind concepts and actuals true as our bodies need clean water plain as our days need sun, places like this earth, your country, state, city, workplace, home, sidewalk, space in the world. Strive to let this yes concept permeate your thinking going forward out and about your life. See if it brings good measure.
